These Terms govern your use of Cardflo mobile apps, website, and services. See also our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old. The Service is for business use of contact data you may lawfully collect.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials. You may delete your account in Account settings at any time.
3. Credits and purchases
- iOS/Android: credits via Apple App Store or Google Play billing.
- Web: credits via Razorpay where available.
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or store policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the Service, circumvent limits, or process data without permission.
5. AI processing
Scans use Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude for extraction only. Verify extracted fields before use.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
